​Electrical Engineer (Full time & Part time)

• Design Power and Lighting Layout for commercial and industrial buildings.

• Prepare Electrical drawings, lighting Title 24 calculations, panel schedules, single line diagram and specifications for City building permit submittal.

• Perform site surveys.

• Respond to City Plan Check comments and construction administration items as they arise.

• Coordinate with other disciplines (architect, structural, civil, mechanical engineers).

 

​Mechanical Engineer (Full time & Part time)

• Design HVAC and Plumbing layout for commercial and industrial buildings.

• Prepare HVAC and Plumbing drawings, mechanical Title 24 calculations, and equipment specifications for City building permit submittal.

• Perform site surveys.

• Respond to City Plan Check comments and construction administration items as they arise.

• Coordinate with other disciplines (architect, structural, civil and electrical engineers).

 

HVAC/R Technician

• Trouble shoot and diagnose HVAC/ systems and can fix airconditioning system.

• Perform preventative maintenance in HVAC/R System.

• Recommend to clients what needs to be done in the system.

• Organize tools and equipment needed to perform the job.

 

Requirement for Engineer

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

• 5 years of experience in job offered

• Should be well versed in Autocad

 

Requirement for HVAC/R Technician

• Journeyman level with trade certification

• 3 years of experience of job offered

• Can work with minimum supervision
